Managing Data Encryption

Encrypting sensitive data within your organization has become a necessity. However, these same files that have been encrypted must remain accessible to your organization at all times. When end-users are given the ability to encrypt sensitive data, SecureZIP’s contingency key capabilities ensure that whatever is encrypted is accessible for audit or data recovery purposes.

SecureZIP also offers policy management capabilities, which allow central administrators to control employee encryption abilities throughout the enterprise. Controls can be pre-set to allow only specific employees the ability to encrypt data. Administrators can also select what type of encryption is applied (i.e. passphrase and/or digital certificates).
